Our digital guides are delivered instantly after purchase. Because access is immediate, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

In line with UK consumer law, digital products are non-refundable once the download or access link has been provided. By completing your purchase, you agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel.

However, if your file is faulty, incomplete, or does not match its description, please contact us at operations@hebenow.com. We will first make every effort to resolve the issue by replacing or re-sending the file. If the issue cannot be fixed, you may be entitled to a refund.
